  • We can really find golden opportunities in a rough/messy situations at work. Instead of pointing the blame to others it will be better to take full responsibility, act upon the problem, work with the group and show your leadership ability. That way you can build better relationship with the group, get more respect and of course all of you can also learn from the failure that you experience. That will make all of you stronger and better people/workers and many doors of opportunity will open.
  • This is being responsible and becoming flexibe in situations. Anger management should be implemented here as well.
